To ensure smooth functioning and timely clearance of dues, parents are requested to follow these guidelines:
Monthly fees must be paid in full before the 10th of each month. A late fine of ₹50 will be charged after the due date.
School fees are payable for all 12 months of the academic year.
Fees must be paid as long as the student’s name remains on the school rolls, regardless of attendance. No reduction is allowed for holidays or broken periods.
Outstanding dues beyond 30 days may result in the student’s name being struck off the rolls unless waived by the Principal in exceptional cases.
Students with unpaid fees will not be allowed to sit for examinations. Parents should clear all dues before exams.
Registration, Admission, and other fees are non-refundable, even if the student is withdrawn.
Report cards will be withheld in case of non-payment of fees.
Fees can be paid in cash or through bank transfer.
